What happens when you go for a treatment?

Gentle pressure is applied to bare feet noting problem areas. Trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet or hands and by working these areas, a Reflexologist can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body. This improves circulation and the elimination of toxins as well as easing stress and tension.

You may have a reaction to treatment which is a personal response and is good. Overall you will feel relaxed and calm.
